What This Service Involves

Old soffit that droops or shows water stains is usually a sign of a past roof leak or blocked ventilation trapping moisture overhead. We remove the failed panels, correct whatever let the damage in, and install fresh vented soffit that breathes properly again. In wooded neighborhoods around Olympia and Kirkland, we routinely close up the gnaw holes rodents left in rotted plywood soffit. The new material resists our humidity and won't flake or delaminate the way tired wood panels do.
