1) Evaluate the roof slope and deck to select membrane or rubber shingle system; 2) Prepare the substrate and install appropriate underlayment or insulation board; 3) Adhere or fasten the rubber material and seal all seams, laps, and penetrations; 4) Detail edge metal and flashings, then water-test and inspect the finished roof
