We install hot-air welded PVC membranes engineered to resist grease, chemicals, and ponding on demanding low-slope roofs.
PVC is our go-to single-ply where a roof faces restaurant grease exhaust, industrial runoff, or the persistent standing water that shows up on older Northwest flat decks. The welded seams are exceptionally strong, and the membrane's chemical resistance keeps it from degrading where lesser roofs break down. We build in tapered insulation to move water off the field, but PVC's inherent resistance to ponding gives it an extra margin on stubbornly flat sections. Reinforced with a polyester scrim, the sheet holds up to foot traffic from HVAC servicing and the constant wetting our climate delivers.

1) Remove the old roof and inspect the deck for damage; 2) Install cover board and tapered insulation for drainage; 3) Fasten or adhere the PVC membrane across the field; 4) Hot-air weld seams and details, then probe every joint for integrity

Summer's dry stretch lets PVC welds and adhesives cure properly, so we target June through September for these installations.
