Our Process

1) Tear off the existing roof and inspect the deck for soft spots or rot common in damp PNW attics; 2) Install synthetic underlayment plus ice-and-water membrane in valleys and along eaves; 3) Set starter course and fasten Premier 3-tab shingles in straight, evenly aligned rows; 4) Cap the ridges, seal penetrations, and complete a final cleanup with a magnetic nail sweep
