What This Service Involves

Metal roof coating is a cost-effective way to renew a weathered or leaking metal roof and add years of service before replacement becomes necessary. In the Puget Sound climate, seams, fasteners, and older finishes eventually let moisture intrude, and a fluid-applied coating seals these vulnerabilities into a seamless, reflective membrane. We clean, prime, and treat rust and seams before applying the coating so it bonds properly and stands up to constant Northwest rain. The reflective surface also lowers summer attic temperatures and refreshes a tired roof's appearance at a fraction of replacement cost.

Our Process

1) Inspect and pressure-clean the roof, noting rust and failed seams; 2) Treat rust and prime bare or oxidized metal; 3) Reinforce seams and fasteners with fabric and mastic; 4) Apply the elastomeric topcoat at spec thickness and inspect coverage
