Malarkey also incorporates upcycled materials and 3M Scotchgard algae-resistant granules into many products, which helps combat the moss and streaking that plague shaded local roofs. The Highlander and Vista lines cover everyday architectural needs, while Legacy and Windsor step up the profile and coverage. We install Malarkey often because it is engineered with exactly this climate in mind and is manufactured close to home.

Our Process

1) We review your roof and recommend the Malarkey line best matched to your exposure and shade; 2) We install Malarkey-compatible underlayment and waterproof the eaves, valleys, and penetrations; 3) We fasten the Highlander, Vista, or Legacy shingles to Malarkey's nailing specification; 4) We complete the roof with matched ridge caps, balanced ventilation, and a clean, magnet-swept site
