We install it in large sheets to minimize seams, then bond the laps with cured cover tape and seam primer for a reliable, long-lasting bond. Because the classic black surface absorbs warmth, it can help dry a shaded Northwest roof between rain events, though we offer reflective options for buildings that need them. Careful flashing at every wall, curb, and drain is what makes an EPDM roof shrug off our relentless winter moisture year after year.

Our Process

1) Prepare the deck and install insulation with proper slope; 2) Roll out and relax the EPDM sheet to release wrinkles; 3) Adhere the membrane and bond seams with primer and cover tape; 4) Flash all penetrations and terminate edges into secure metal
