We patch and reseal EPDM rubber roofs at seams and flashings using membrane-compatible splice systems.
EPDM rubber membranes hold up well on Northwest flat roofs, but the adhesive seams and lap joints are where age and weather usually let go. Shrinkage over years can pull the membrane taut at corners and flashings, opening gaps that our winter rain exploits. We clean and prime the rubber, then apply cover tape or splice patches engineered for EPDM so the repair bonds instead of lifting. Addressing seams, pipe boots, and terminations restores a rubber roof that keeps performing without a full tear-off.
