Our Process

1) Tear off old roofing and inspect the deck for soft or rotted sheathing; 2) Install ice-and-water membrane at eaves and valleys plus a synthetic underlayment across the field; 3) Set starter strip and lay Landmark shingles to CertainTeed's nailing and offset pattern; 4) Finish with matching hip and ridge caps and detail all flashings and penetrations
