TPO has become a workhorse on Puget Sound commercial and modern residential flat roofs because its heat-welded seams form a continuous watertight sheet with no adhesives to fail. Our technicians use calibrated robotic and hand welders, then probe every seam to confirm a full bond rather than a cosmetic one. The bright white surface reflects what sunlight we do get and resists the algae staining that plagues darker roofs in our damp shade. We pair the membrane with proper tapered insulation so water moves to the drains instead of pooling in the flat spots that our gentle roof pitches tend to create.
