Torch-down roofing fuses modified bitumen rolls directly to the substrate with an open flame, melting the underside so the membrane and laps bond into a continuous waterproof layer. 1) Clean and prime the deck to accept the membrane; 2) Install a base sheet where the assembly calls for it; 3) Torch-apply the cap sheet, fusing the underside as it is rolled; 4) Seal laps, flash penetrations, and complete a post-application fire watch
