What This Service Involves

When a low-slope roof is worn but the deck and insulation underneath remain dry and structurally sound, a recover lets us install a fresh membrane over the top and skip the expense and disruption of a full tear-off. We start with a moisture survey, because burying wet insulation only traps problems and shortens the new roof's life. Where the substrate passes, we add a cover board or recovery board for a clean surface and install the new membrane with drainage and flashings brought up to current standards. Done on the right roof, this approach delivers a like-new watertight surface at a lower cost and with far less debris hauled from your Northwest property.
