What This Service Involves

Patching is the right solution when damage is confined to one section and the surrounding roof still has plenty of service life left. We cut back to sound material, rebuild the layers, and integrate the patch so water sheds across it exactly as it does the rest of the roof. In our climate the seam between old and new is critical, since a poorly lapped patch simply channels rain underneath. Our crews shingle-weave and flash the boundary so the repair disappears and stays dry through the wet season.
