We mount rooftop equipment on properly flashed curbs and sealed penetrations rather than the caulk-and-hope approach that fails within a couple of wet winters. Loads are tied into rafters or blocking so units stay put through the gusty fronts that roll off the Sound. Whether it is a mini-split condenser or an antenna mast, the goal is a permanent, leak-free attachment.
