Our Process

1) Tear off old roofing and inspect the deck for moisture and rot; 2) Install ice-and-water shield and synthetic underlayment at key areas; 3) Lay Devonshire shingles following the slate-style pattern and proper offsets; 4) Cap ridges and seal all flashings and penetrations
