Our Process

1) Tear off old roofing and inspect the deck for damage; 2) Install ice-and-water membrane and synthetic underlayment; 3) Lay Highlander shingles per Malarkey's nailing and offset guidelines; 4) Cap hips and ridges and detail all flashings and penetrations
