Our Process

1) Tear off old roofing and inspect the deck for moisture damage common in the PNW; 2) Install ice-and-water shield at eaves and valleys plus synthetic underlayment; 3) Fasten HDZ shingles across the wide nailing zone with proper offsets and starter courses; 4) Finish ridges with matching cap shingles and seal all penetrations
