Our Process

1) Remove old roofing and inspect the deck for moisture and rot; 2) Install ice-and-water shield and synthetic underlayment at key areas; 3) Fasten the Cool Series shingles across the wide nailing zone with proper offsets; 4) Cap ridges and seal all penetrations for a weather-tight, reflective roof
