What This Service Involves

Fascia is the horizontal board running along your eaves where gutters attach, and around here it takes the brunt of relentless winter drizzle. We install rot-resistant fascia in primed cedar, PVC, or fiber-cement, cut to fit and back-sealed before it ever goes up. Proper flashing behind the board keeps sideways rain from sneaking into the rafter tails common on older Seattle and Tacoma homes. A tight fascia line also gives new gutters a solid, level surface so they carry the heavy PNW rainfall without sagging.

Our Process

1) Inspect existing rafter tails and eave condition for hidden decay; 2) Select and prime rot-resistant fascia stock, sealing all cut ends; 3) Install flashing and secure boards level to the roof edge; 4) Caulk seams and prep the run for gutter attachment
