What This Service Involves

Many Puget Sound commercial roofs still have a sound deck but a weathered, leak-prone surface that does not yet justify replacement. A restoration coating seals seams, reflects sunlight, and adds years of watertight service while avoiding landfill tear-off costs. Silicone systems perform especially well against our persistent moisture and standing water. Restoration also often qualifies as a maintenance expense rather than a capital project, which appeals to many building owners.

Our Process

1) Inspect and confirm the deck and membrane are restoration candidates; 2) Clean and power-wash the entire surface; 3) Reinforce seams and penetrations with fabric and mastic; 4) Apply the fluid-applied coating to specified thickness

Best Time of Year

Coatings must cure in dry, mild conditions, so June through September offers the most reliable application window in Western Washington.
