Our Process

1) Tear off the old roof and inspect the deck for damage; 2) Install ice-and-water membrane at eaves and valleys with synthetic underlayment; 3) Lay Northgate shingles per CertainTeed's fastening and offset spec; 4) Cap hips and ridges and reseal all flashings and penetrations
