Our Process

1) Tear off the existing roofing and inspect the deck for soft or damaged sheathing; 2) Install synthetic underlayment with ice-and-water membrane at eaves, valleys, and penetrations; 3) Set the starter course and fasten GlassMaster 3-tab shingles in straight, aligned rows; 4) Cap the ridges, seal all penetrations, and finish with a magnetic nail sweep
